LEOMECH three-point heavy-duty rotary tillers adopt forward rotation gear drive structure, fitted with Category 2 hitch, solid steel plate A-frame and 540 RPM gearbox. Four working widths are available for selection: 78″, 86″, 90″ and 98″. Each flange is equipped with six C-shaped tillage tines, supporting a maximum tilling depth of 8.6 inches.
The rotor is driven by oil-bath spur gears and protected by heavy stamped drive housing. This JRTA series tillers perfectly match compact tractors ranging from 80HP to 100HP. Reverse tilling operation is not suggested when working on rocky land.
Fitted with a spring-assisted rear cover height adjustment structure, it achieves more uniform soil pulverization during operation. A front safety guardrail is installed to fully safeguard operators. Equipped with premium-grade gearbox and dual-support structure, the whole machine is solid, stable and long-lasting.
The side gearbox cover adopts integral die-casting design with high-strength sealing performance, effectively eliminating gear oil leakage. Reinforced high-strength slide plates enable stable work in all kinds of harsh and complex working conditions.
Forged high-strength blades feature excellent wear resistance, long service life and easy replacement. All finished machines go through strict full-range performance tests before delivery to ensure reliable overall quality.
